  For the safety and comfort of all residents, the following dog breeds are not permitted at the community: Tosa Inu (Tosa Ken), American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boerboel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Ovcharka, Alaskan Malamute, Kangal, German Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita.

  Exotic animals are also not permitted, including ferrets, snakes, rodents, lizards, or poisonous animals such as tarantulas, insects, and certain types of fish.
